Signs of wear resulting from use, storage, friction, moisture or perspiration do not constitute a defect. The warranty is limited to defects present at the time of delivery (in particular material or manufacturing faults). Excluded in particular are wear and tear, discoloration, odor development, as well as natural aging of the material.
