We offer a 12-month mechanical warranty on every watch sold. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the movement that may occur during normal use. Excluded from the warranty are damage caused by improper handling, tampering with the watch by third parties, drops or water damage, and normal signs of wear on the strap, crystal, or case. You will also receive an exclusive Graf Classics leather box free of charge with every watch. Should a defect occur within the warranty period, you can: •⁠ ⁠arrange an appointment at our workshop or •⁠ ⁠send the watch to us within Switzerland – we will organize safe shipping and take care of professional inspection and repair.
